It's been a few years since we closed the flower shop. I went back to to working IT (It pays the bills) However, have never stopped created beautiful flower arrangements..

China Mums

This week I would like to share a bit about a vendor of ours who provides us weekly fresh cut China Mums.
Muranaka Mums Inc. is a private company that has been growing flowers locally in California for over 60 years.
These beautiful China Mums will last you a good two weeks in an a/c room.
Over the years I've lost my sense of fragrance for some flowers, but not for these China Mums, I can still enjoy their wonderful aroma every week!
So, the next time you want to purchase flowers that will last over a week, ask for China Mums at our store..

This week at Judy Anne Flower Shoppe

Wow!! It's been hot! hot! hot! in Los Angeles! But that did not stop folks from sending flowers to their loved ones.
It's funny how very often someone will order a particular flower arrangement and that day we will receive orders for that same arrangement throughout the day! I mean there is a lot to choose from, yet it just so happens that the customers know exactly what they want that day... =)
This week the flower arrangement was Teleflora's Paradise found... Luckily tropical flowers do well in this hot weather!
This arrangement includes birds of paradise arranged with Asiatic lilies Alstroemerias in shades of burgundy and orange – plus hypericum, galax and ti leaves, equisetum and moss - and delivered in a square black container.
